| Sam is a by far one of the most talented coaches in the marine industry. As well as spending a number of years competing on the professional world circuit, Sam was selected for the gold fleet in the IMCO one design pre-Olympics and is both a commercial diver and commercial offshore ocean examiner for power and sail. He has an exceptional ability to communicate and to impart this knowledge to others. |

| Charlie was practically born with webbed feet! As well as a professional sailor, commercial diver and professional windsurfer accredited with titles such as Triple Crown Champion, British Freestyle Champion and British Female Wave Champion it was inevitable that she would become one of the highest ranking females of today. With a raw and natural talent for almost any marine based activity Charlie is a vital team member of MMC and holds various sponsorship deals with leading brands Animal, Team SeaSprite, RRD and Ezzy Sails. |

| Capt James Connelly is currently skippering a swan 80 whilst his new project, a new Baltic 115ft is being commissioned. He has spent the last four years campaigning “aqua equinox” a swan 60 of which he won every regatta both in class and overall. This gave him the opportunity to sail with the elite world-class top flight sailors. He now has a huge impute into the race training programs that we offer at MMC. |

| Jon heads the British Army Windsurfing Association and is an accomplished Level 5 Trainer and renowned as one of the top coaches in the country. Jon helped to write and develop the RYA National Scheme and also travels the globe as an RYA Centre Inspector. Jon is a fundamental source in maintaining our high standards of coaching. |
